Gary was a great guy to hang around. If we were on a job site he'd swagger in with his "Gary walk" and a coffee in hand. Easy going and laid back but ready to get work done. On the golf course, he was always encouraging and ready to play. In the coffee shop, we'd have great conversations about everything. For me, he was a great co-worker, partner and friend. And the selfish side of me is missing that one more coffee with him. Angie and I extend our condolences to you Lois, Marlene and Jason, and all the family. He'll be greatly missed.

Our condolences to Lois and family. Gary was such a good, kind, generous man. We will miss him rolling by in his vette with a big wave or stopping and chatting. He will truly be missed. Curt, Michele and family (Johnson and Green)

Sorry for your loss Lois and family, we will miss seeing him and his vette on a nice spring or summer day. Still wonder how he managed to get it into that garage - sometimes there was a bit of cussing but all was good.

Dear Lois and family of Gary,
I am so sorry for your loss of a special man.
My memories of Gary are many and filled with quirky chats, big hugs, hearty greetings, and wide smiles. The door was always open with a wave to, "come on in," when I walked past the house during my visits to Saskatoon. The warmth was even extended anywhere at any time. One day while eating lunch with a friend I spotted Gary and Lois across the room. Of course, I went over for my hugs. When I went to pay the bill, I was informed that it had been taken care of. That was Gary. He always treated my mother with great respect and kindness and has been a friend of my brother over a lifetime, which meant that he also held a special place in my heart.
Memories of Gary will live on in his absence from us. Rest in peace dear friend.
