My condolences to Evelyn's family. To Bill, Laurie and Jamie, your mom was a special lady, always ready to lend a helping hand and such a caring person. I remember when I was going to business college in Saskatoon back in the '80's, I would drive from Rosetown to Saskatoon on Sunday evenings and would stop at Lett's house and Evelyn would then get into my vehicle and drive me to my apartment (as there was no free parking there) and then Evelyn would drive my vehicle back to their house for the week. Then on Friday Ev and Laurie would drive my vehicle to my apartment to pick me up and then back to their house to drop themselves off, then I would drive back to Rosetown for the weekend. Good memories, she will be missed.

Auntie Ev was a lovely lady and a wonderful sister and friend to our mother, Margaret. We went to Saskatoon a lot and would always visit with our cousins Billy, Laurie, Jamie and of course Auntie Ev, Uncle Alvin and Tippy the dog. Evelyn was a great cook and baker and spent a lot of time looking after her mother, Jesse Dunn as well. Auntie Ev would always call to keep in touch and to find out how we were all doing. As her obituary states she was a true Mother to all! To our cousins, know that we share in your sorrow and we grieve with you as you mourn the passing of your Mom. Auntie Ev had a long and loving life and she will be deeply missed. We extend our sincere sympathy to all of Evelyn's family. "It is not length of life, but depth of life." Ralph Waldo Emerson Thinking of you with Love and Prayers from your Uncle Wally, cousins Brenda, Cameron, Maureen, Colleen and their respective families.
