I had the pleasure of meeting Guenter when he worked at the Saskatoon inn with my brother Adam. He became a great friend to him and always made me feel so welcome anywhere we saw each other. He will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss Birgit.

Brigit,
Sorry to hear of your loss, deepest sympathies he was truly one of kind. As a co-worker his smile, humor and presence were greatly appreciated. I will never forget his stories when he visited site, occasionally we would try to get some fresh air he always told me he would ward off any unwelcome bears. True to his word that happened once or twice. He will be greatly missed never forgotten.

Heartfelt Condolences Birgit. Will really miss Guenter and his down to earth approach to life. It was a pleasure to work with him and even more so to enjoy a pint of his beer. I'll miss bumping into him at the dog park. The world was a better place with him among the walking, that's for sure.
