I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Thacker was definitely one of my favourite teachers in Aberdeen! I do know how hard it is to lose your parent, no matter their age or health. My thoughts and prayers are with you. On a lighter note - I remember him coming to buy chickens and turkeys from my Mom years ago and I was SO embarrassed to have one of my teachers come to our house!
