Very sad to hear this. Had many great years with this great man. Lots of great memories with the Saskatoon Police Band and the Grey Cup trips. Our times with the North Saskatchewan Regiment Band. Then latter years as instructors of the 96th Highlanders. A true inspiration of his craft in teaching. He is now is that great Pipe Band in Heaven with his Pipe Major Hugh Fraser Sr and his buddy, lead drummer, Jim Walker Sr.
