To Sandra, Terrell, Dale and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Rick was an incredible force of mentorship and guidance in my life and that of many other young aspiring leaders around the globe. Rick’s legacy to me and the many others he made part of his work family will live on as we pass along his guidance and support to many others in turn. My sincere condolences. Carlos.
