eff passed away on July 1, 2015 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon, Sk. He is survived by his mother Edna, his brother David (Laura), niece Elizabeth, niece and goddaughter Nancy, nephews Howard Jr. and William. Jeff is predeceased by his father George, and his sister Karen.
