Frank, my neighbour when I was growing up was like my other dad, he always called me “Chrissy.” Frank was kind hearted, funny and a very caring man I will really miss! He loved Georgina, his family, his job. Thinking of everyone during this difficult time. His memory lives on in his amazing family.
